Apartment house is located 200 meters from one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in the region - a 4km Duce sandy beaches. House is 1,5 km far from center of larger place (Omis) and 200 m far from nearest restaurant and market. Apartments are suitable for all guests who want to spend pleasant holidays in a beautiful countryside.
Built into the hillside, a apartment house "KATE" has a fantastic view of the sea and the island of Brac. At a distance of 200-300 meters are several restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, and a variety of recreational opportunities for young and old. Directly on the beach there are billiards, darts, table football for children, paddle boat and water sports equipment for rent.
The beach is particularly well suited for families with children as the water depth increases gradually.

The third floor apartment (Apartment 1) is for up to six persons. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living space, balcony,.. Floor area is 70 m2. Apartment is accessible via separate entrance.
Apartment have two rooms, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, large living space, dining and kitchen area and access to west terrace, fully equipped kitchen (4 ring stove, oven, 2 x large fridge, freezer, sink).
Three are cosy dining area for 6 people, a comfortable seating sofa is in the living area.
